Kodansha USA Publishing made massive waves during its panel at San Diego Comic-Con International, pulling back the curtain on an impressive slate of new manga licenses slated to debut in Spring 2027. Alongside these brand-new titles, the publisher announced a special box set collecting the first six volumes of Saka Mikami’s hit manga *The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity*, also arriving in Spring 2027.

The newly announced Spring 2027 lineup spans a massive variety of genres, highlighted by Gamon Sakurai’s sci-fi survival thriller *The Pool*, featuring a military squad trapped in an alien mine. Meanwhile, Shuuichi Shigeno’s *Subaru and Subaru (Subaru to Subaru)* merges the legendary worlds of *Initial D* and *MF Ghost* as two new drivers tackle the MFG street racing circuit.
