Splatoon Raiders Makes Massive Debut Atop Japan’s Charts With Over 470,000 Copies Sold
Nintendo’s latest blockbuster, Splatoon Raiders, has officially dominated the Japanese software market, storming straight to the #1 spot during the July 20–26 sales window. Launching on July 23 for the NSw 2, the game pulled off an explosive debut by moving an incredible 474,684 copies in its first week alone.
Rhythm Heaven Groove And Tomodachi Life Hold Strong In The Top Three
While newcomer Splatoon Raiders claimed the crown, Nintendo continued to rule the upper echelons of the Famitsu charts. Rhythm Heaven Groove secured second place with 78,355 copies sold for a staggering 674,592 total, while perennial favorite Tomodachi Life held down third place, pushing its lifetime sales past the milestone 1.5 million mark.
