DC Open Women’s Final Suspended Due to Rain
Washington, D.C. – The women’s final at the DC Open has been suspended until Monday, with Jessica Pegula holding a lead over Alexandra Eala, 6-4, 1-2. Rain throughout the afternoon and evening on Sunday forced the delay.
The match is set to resume at noon on Monday, followed by the men’s final featuring Taylor Fritz against Rafael Jodar.
In men’s doubles action, Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool captured the title by defeating Austin Krajicek and Nikola Mektic, 6-3, 6-4.
