Perez Hilton’s Shocking Livestream Turned Dark: What Led to His Overdose?

Date:

Perez Hilton Hospitalized After Self-Harm Incident During Livestream

Perez Hilton was hospitalized following a self-harm incident that occurred during an August 4 livestream. Authorities were dispatched to his Miami residence after reports of the situation surfaced, where first responders identified a drug overdose in addition to his physical injuries, according to a Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office incident report obtained by People.

Barbara Lavandeira, Hilton’s sister, informed law enforcement that she found her brother naked and “covered in blood” in the bathroom prior to their arrival. In an effort to secure the safety of his three children, aged between 8 and 13, she took them to her car to promptly remove them from the home.

However, the situation escalated when Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira Jr., approached the vehicle in a distressed state, banging on the driver’s window while still naked and bloodied, as noted in the sheriff’s office report.
