Details Emerge Surrounding Hayden Panettiere’s Final Moments Before Her Death

Hayden Panettiere, the Nashville actress who passed away on August 16, had traveled from Los Angeles to South Carolina the day prior, accompanied by her on-and-off boyfriend, Brian Hickerson. His brother, Zach Hickerson, was reportedly present with them at the time of her death.

According to a police incident report obtained by E! News, Zach informed the responding officer that Panettiere was Brian’s girlfriend. Upon arrival, emergency medical personnel and firefighters were performing CPR on Panettiere, who was unresponsive.

The report indicates that the emergency team “attempted to perform life-saving methods for an extensive amount of time.” During this period, Zach was described as “very emotional,” while Brian remained composed until EMS pronounced Panettiere dead.

Panettiere was officially declared deceased at 2:32 p.m., as reported by the Greenville County Coroner’s Office. On August 17, the office announced that the cause and manner of death are still pending further test results. However, the autopsy revealed no signs of trauma that would have contributed to the death of the 36-year-old actress.
