Investigation into Hayden Panettiere’s Death Continues Amid Calls and Statements
In the ongoing investigation into Hayden Panettiere’s death, Chapman confirmed there were two calls made on August 4, 2025, two more on August 8, 2025, followed by a call on August 27, 2025, another on September 8, 2025, and a final call on September 10, 2025.
In a statement to E! News on August 20, attorney Sloan Ellis emphasized the importance of allowing the investigation to proceed. Ellis noted, “As has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play. Out of respect for Hayden’s loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time.”
Panettiere, known for her role in “Remember the Titans,” shared an 11-year-old daughter, Kaya, with ex-partner Wladimir Klitschko. Her relationship with Brian Hickerson was complex; Hickerson had previously served a month in jail due to a 2020 assault on Panettiere.
In a 2023 interview with The New York Times, Panettiere acknowledged, “There are feelings there, yes,” regarding her relationship with Hickerson. However, she made it clear any potential romance would depend on his continued recovery, stating that she did not allow him back into her life “lightly.”
For ongoing updates and information about the investigation into Panettiere’s death, further details will be made available as they arise.
