Greensboro’s Thore Celebrates Engagement with Fellow Local After Dating Struggles

In a heartfelt expression of joy, a Greensboro resident recently shared the happiness of her engagement with a fellow local, following years of challenging dating experiences. In 2024, she remarked to E!, “In Greensboro, the pickings are so slim, it’s tragic,” while she had initially aimed for one date per month.

After spending years swiping left on her brother Hunter Thore, she celebrated finding love closer to home. Jokingly referencing her brother to E! in 2023, she noted, “I always see him!” which made her connection with a local partner feel all the more fabulous.

She revealed the details of her engagement proposal through a social media post, which culminated in a picturesque hike that led to a romantic moment on bended knee. By that time, the couple had already committed to continuing their journey together indefinitely.

Describing the proposal as “truly perfect,” she shared with People that it featured a celebration adorned with rose petals and attended by loved ones, coupled with a stunning oval diamond. “The ring is absolutely beautiful, and there’s a special story behind it that means so much to us,” she expressed.

Looking ahead, she stated, “We’re thrilled to start this next chapter and build our future together as husband and wife.” Notably, she expressed a long-held vision of settling down and having her own family, possibly including “a few tiny Thores of her own.”
