NXP Semiconductors experienced a 9% decrease in stock value following its announcement that fourth-quarter revenue projections were roughly in line with expectations, estimating revenue at $3.85 billion, while LSEG’s consensus forecast was $3.86 billion. Adjusted operating income is projected between $1.374 billion and $1.442 billion, aligning closely with FactSet’s estimate of $1.44 billion.
F5 Inc. saw its shares slide 1% despite exceeding expectations for earnings and revenue in its fiscal fourth quarter. The company announced an earnings guidance for fiscal year 2027 that also surpassed estimates, and declared an additional $1.5 billion contribution to its stock buyback program. However, operating margins recorded at 33.7% were slightly below the forecast of 34% according to StreetAccount.

Manhattan Associates enjoyed a 10% surge in its stock price upon raising its full-year earnings guidance to a range of $5.54 to $5.56 per share, exceeding its previous prediction of $5.44 to $5.50 and beating the FactSet consensus of $5.50. The company also increased revenue projections.
