  • PPG Industries’ shares surged 7% following an earnings and revenue beat.

Several companies experienced notable fluctuations in their stock prices following after-hours trading, largely prompted by their earnings reports.

Robinhood, the online trading platform, saw a decline of nearly 5% after revenue for the third quarter met expectations. Additionally, the company lowered the high end of its full-year 2026 adjusted operating expenses forecast. Average revenue per user for the period was reported at $200, slightly below the StreetAccount consensus estimate of $201.09.

Seagate Technology’s shares dropped by 6%, despite the data storage company reporting better-than-expected earnings and revenue in its fiscal first quarter. The company also provided improved guidance for the current quarter.

NXP Semiconductors experienced a 9% decrease in stock value following its announcement that fourth-quarter revenue projections were roughly in line with expectations, estimating revenue at $3.85 billion, while LSEG’s consensus forecast was $3.86 billion. Adjusted operating income is projected between $1.374 billion and $1.442 billion, aligning closely with FactSet’s estimate of $1.44 billion.

F5 Inc. saw its shares slide 1% despite exceeding expectations for earnings and revenue in its fiscal fourth quarter. The company announced an earnings guidance for fiscal year 2027 that also surpassed estimates, and declared an additional $1.5 billion contribution to its stock buyback program. However, operating margins recorded at 33.7% were slightly below the forecast of 34% according to StreetAccount.

Visa’s shares inched down by 2%, with the non-GAAP operating margin for the fourth quarter at 66.6%, just below FactSet’s estimate of 66.7%. However, both adjusted earnings and revenue surpassed expectations.

CoStar Group struggled with an 11% decline, even after reporting adjusted earnings of 38 cents per share against analysts’ expectations of 34 cents. Revenue came in above expectations, but the guidance for current quarter earnings fell short of the FactSet consensus.

Manhattan Associates enjoyed a 10% surge in its stock price upon raising its full-year earnings guidance to a range of $5.54 to $5.56 per share, exceeding its previous prediction of $5.44 to $5.50 and beating the FactSet consensus of $5.50. The company also increased revenue projections.

PPG Industries experienced a 7% increase after reporting earnings and revenue that comfortably beat estimates for the third quarter. The company raised its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting adjusted earnings between $7.90 and $8.10 per share, slightly above FactSet’s estimated earnings of $7.89 per share.

In contrast, Enphase Energy’s stock plummeted roughly 14% as the company’s fourth quarter revenue projections fell short of analysts’ forecasts. Enphase anticipates revenue between $225 million and $255 million, significantly below the estimated $297.6 million, according to FactSet.
