Gachiakuta Season 2 Unleashes First-Look Promotional Video and Event Visuals!
The official website for the television anime adaptation of Kei Urana’s dark fantasy manga Gachiakuta has dropped a brand-new “first-look” promotional video for its highly anticipated second season. Along with the teaser footage, the site showcased exclusive flyer art featuring Zanka and Enjin, which was previously distributed to fans earlier this month at Anime Expo and Taiwan’s Comic Exhibition.
Dive Into the Grimy Abyss With the Hit Action Series
Published in English by Kodansha USA Publishing, Gachiakuta follows Rudo, a resident living in the slums of a floating town who is falsely accused of murder and cast down into a garbage-filled abyss. Forced to survive in a wasteland teeming with vicious monsters, he teams up with a group known as the Cleaners to master a new power and seek vengeance. The anime’s first season premiered in July 2025 at studio BONES under the direction of Fumihiko Suganuma, with series scripts by Hiroshi Seko, character designs by Satoshi Ishino, and music by Taku Iwasaki, streaming globally on Crunchyroll.
