Square Enix’s Monthly Big Gangan magazine has officially announced that Ryūto’s hit light novel series The Faceless Mercenary Wants to Settle Down: Homestead at the Edge of the Galaxy (also known as Faceless Dropout) is scoring a brand-new manga adaptation. Illustrated by Daichi Matsuse—renowned for Goblin Slayer: A Day in the Life and Re:ZERO -Starting Life In Another World- Chapter 1: A Day in the Capital—the manga is set to launch in the magazine’s next issue on August 25. Meanwhile, English-speaking fans won’t have to wait long to dive into the source material, as Seven Seas Entertainment is slated to digitally publish the first volume of the light novel under its Airship imprint on October 27.
