Inside the Clinic: Meet the Sex Therapist Untangling Taboo Secrets
The story follows sex therapist Ichito Shimotori, whose specialized clinic tackles the deeply personal and often unspoken struggles clients face, from unwanted sexless relationships and sexual trauma to erectile dysfunction, menopausal disorders, and tangled affairs—all while Shimotori harbors hidden worries of his own. Directed by Shōgo Kusano with scripts supervised by Tomoko Yoshida, the series brings Kodansha’s short-lived yet impactful 2021 manga series to live-action life following its completion in 2022.
