Gracie Abrams Shatters Feud Rumors with a Heartfelt Tribute to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour!

Taylor Swift Responds to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian Through Recent Music

Since the controversial phone call leak in 2016, wherein Kanye West referenced Taylor Swift in his album The Life of Pablo, Swift has subtly addressed the divorced couple multiple times through her music. The leaked call, later revealed to be edited, marked a significant turning point in the ongoing feud between the artists.

In 2024, Swift released the track titled “thanK you aIMee,” which is interpreted as a reference to Kim Kardashian, as the capitalized letters spell out her name. Another variant of the same track in the album also capitalized “YE,” suggesting an acknowledgment of Kanye West.

Before the release of her album The Tribute Project Deluxe (TTPD), Swift included pointed references towards Kim and Kanye related to the “Famous” feud. In the song “Mad Woman” from her album folklore, she sings, “Women like hunting witches too / Doing your dirtiest work for you / It’s obvious that wanting me dead has really brought you two together,” implying the unity forged by their feud against her.

Moreover, Swift’s first single from the Reputation album, “Look What You Made Me Do,” serves as a commentary on the public fallout, highlighting the fractured friendships. The track “This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things” in the same album further addresses the theme of a restored relationship breaking down once more.
