Kaia Gerber Recalls Childhood Exorcism After Believing She Was Haunted

Model Kaia Gerber, the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford and entrepreneur Rande Gerber, revealed in a recent podcast episode that she underwent a full exorcism during her childhood after being perceived as haunted. On the August 14 episode of the Mitch Churi Chat Show, Kaia shared, “I was told I was possessed as a child,” and described experiencing feelings of being “haunted” throughout her life.

Discussing her unique experiences, Kaia expressed, “I do feel as though I attract beings from other dimensions in a very casual and chill way.” She recounted the details of her exorcism, explaining that a didgeridoo—a traditional wind instrument—was used to ward off evil spirits. “Do you know how they did the exorcism?” she said. “They played a didgeridoo all over me. That’s how they did the exorcism.”

Kaia emphasized that she had never spoken about the event before, revealing, “I’ve never talked about it, but it actually did happen.” According to her, the exorcism was effective, as she stated, “I’m all healed.”

Despite her claims of healing, Kaia’s mother, Cindy Crawford, remained cautious when her daughter was cast in the tenth season of American Horror Story.
