Dakota Mortensen’s Roommate Faces Restraining Order Amid Custody Battle Involving Taylor Frankie Paul
Taylor Frankie Paul, a star from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, has been granted a temporary restraining order against Dakota Mortensen’s roommate, Cru Eaton. This ruling came on August 14, shortly after Eaton shared a video showcasing a verbal dispute between Paul and Mortensen on social media.
During a hearing in Utah, a judge described Eaton’s actions as a “personal attack,” asserting that he acted “with full knowledge of the vulnerability” of the individuals involved, according to reports from People. The judge emphasized, “The court finds and concludes that was the intent,” instructing Eaton, 34, to delete the video and prohibiting him from posting further materials related to Paul, 32. “That was the point, and he succeeded in that,” the judge stated.
In an August 14 statement to E! News, Eaton defended his actions, claiming, “I spoke the truth, posted the truth, and now I’ll continue on with my life.” He expressed loyalty to Mortensen, saying, “I’m a loyal homie to Dakota and would want any of my best friends to support me as I supported him,” while also alluding to serious allegations against Paul, stating, “Domestic violence is real. Child abuse is real. Doesn’t matter the gender.”
