Women’s Boxing Takes Center Stage in Orlando with MVPW’s Upcoming Event

Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) is set to host the fifth installment of MVP Women’s (MVPW) boxing on Saturday at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida. The event will feature two championship bouts and a 10-fight card dedicated to women’s boxing.

In the main event, undisputed bantamweight world champion Cherneka Johnson (19-2, 8 KOs) defends her title against undefeated challenger Dina Thorslund (24-0, 9 KOs) in a 10-round fight. The co-main event will see unified IBF and WBO middleweight world champion Desley Robinson (12-3, 4 KOs) put her belt on the line against two-time Canadian Olympian Tammara Thibeault (4-0, 3 KOs).

Prefight activities will kick off on Thursday at 5 p.m. ET with a news conference, followed by the weigh-in on Friday at 5 p.m. ET. Fight coverage will begin with preliminaries on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. ET, leading to the main card at 10 p.m. ET, broadcast live on ESPN. Fans can also view the event through the ESPN App and the MVPW streaming hub.
