Digimon Announces Brand-New Anime Project and Global Fan-Voted Broadcasts for 30th Anniversary
The Digimon franchise is gearing up for a massive milestone, with its anime staff officially announcing that a brand-new anime project is launching for broadcast next year. As part of the upcoming 30th-anniversary celebration, Fuji TV will kick off a special broadcast event on October 4 at 9:00 a.m., airing fan-favorite episodes from the first four Digimon anime series based on a global fan vote.
Current Broadcasts and Global Streaming Continue
Meanwhile, the franchise’s current television anime, DIGIMON BEATBREAK, recently launched its “Kyō Arc” with its 38th episode. Premiering on Fuji TV and other channels, the series is currently available for international fans with simultaneous streaming and English dub options on Crunchyroll. Since the debut of the original Digital Monster toys in 1997 and the iconic Digimon Adventure series in 1999, the beloved franchise continues to expand its legacy across decades of television history.
