Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt’s Journey: From Orphan to Family Life
Born on November 29, 2003, Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt spent his early years in an orphanage outside Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he lived in a single room with 20 other children and experienced confinement without freedom, as described by Angelina Jolie in 2007.
Transitioning to a Life of Freedom and Family
After being adopted by Angelina and joining siblings Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh, Pax found himself immersed in a nurturing family environment. Angelina noted that he was learning English and adapting to his newfound freedom, describing him as “wild and free” and highlighting his remarkable resilience.
Exploring Creative Avenues with Family
Pax has shown a keen interest in his family’s artistic endeavors, lending his voice to the character Yoo in the 2016 film Kung Fu Panda 3 and serving as set photographer for First They Killed My Father. He also participated in decorating Atelier Jolie, a fashion collective established by Angelina in New York City, and contributed as an assistant director on the set of Without Blood in Italy.
