Milania Giudice Enters Anger Management: What Led to Her Shocking Arrest?

Milania Giudice Enrolls in Anger Management Classes Following Assault Charge

Milania Giudice, the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, is continuing her legal proceedings three months after her arrest for assault. At an August 11 court hearing, her attorney Alan Kraminsky announced that she has enrolled in anger management classes.

During her virtual appearance in Montville Township Municipal Court, Kraminsky informed the judge that after discussions with the prosecutor, a request was made to postpone the upcoming hearing to allow Milania time to complete her anger management course. The judge approved the request, rescheduling the hearing for September 29, noting that the state needs to review evidence and consult with law enforcement involved in the case.

Milania was arrested in May following an incident in Montville, New Jersey. A July 14 court session revealed that she allegedly “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim L.R. in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute,” as stated by Judge Vincent Failla.

E! News has reached out to Kraminsky for additional comments but has not received a response.
