The reveal dropped alongside a brand-new trailer and visual streamed directly via the franchise’s official YouTube channel, building massive anticipation following the January 2025 broadcast of the BanG Dream! Ave Mujica television anime on Crunchyroll.
Future Sequels and Franchise Expansion on the Horizon
Looking further ahead, the franchise has confirmed that a sequel television anime series, BanG Dream! It’s MyGo!!!!!/Ave Mujica, is slated to premiere in January 2027 and will air across NTV and 29 affiliated channels in Japan. Launched originally by Bushiroad in January 2015, the ever-expanding multimedia universe continues to grow through theatrical projects, compilation films like 2024’s Haru no Hidamari, Mayoi Neko and Utau, Bokura ni Nareru Uta, and an extensive lineup of television seasons and feature films.
