Nihon Falcom’s latest release, Kyoto Xanadu -Ōka Genbu-, proved to be an immediate hit across multiple platforms following its July 16 launch. The Nintendo Switch version captured the #4 spot with 15,431 copies sold, closely followed by the PlayStation 5 iteration landing firmly at #5 with 13,206 copies. Other notable system debuts included Neos’s Culdcept Begins and Bliss Brain’s retro-inspired 70s-style Robot Anime Geppy-X, rounding out a busy week of mid-summer physical software releases in Japan according to Famitsu data.
